肯定中国代表团在28届奥运会上的历史性突破,为进一步确定世界体育强国地位提出若干建议:夯实竞技体育的群众基础,巩固传统优势项目;抓好"119"工程及众多集体项目,扩大"夺金面",大力推进市场开发,发展体育产业;大力推进体育技术创新与管理创新,迅速提高体育的"科技含量";走"体教研"结合之路,挖掘培养优秀的后备人才。
The paper summarizes and acknowledges the historic breakthrough achieved by the Chinese sports delegation at the 28th Olympics, and puts forward some suggestions to make good preparation for Beijing Olympics and to further secure China's position as one of the athletic powers in the world: to consolidate the mass base for competitive sports and to strengthen traditional events we excel in; to do well the '119' Project and some team events and to develop sports industry; to innovate sports technology and management so as to increase the technological proportion in sports; to combine sports with teaching and research in order to cultivate excellent reserve talents.
