The Development of Overwater Lifesaving Abroad and Its Enlightenment

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了国外水上救生组织的发展、水上救生发达国家的发展、水上救生技术的发展及水上救生竞赛发展,表明国外救生发达国家形成了一套完整的救生员培养体系和完善的救生系统管理体系,为新世纪我国水上救生发展及救生员培养提供启示。

By the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the development of overwater lifesaving organizations abroad, and the development of overwater lifesaving techniques and competitions. The result shows that those countries with advanced overwater lifesaving have set up a complete lifeguard training system and a perfect lifesaving administration system. The paper aims at providing a helpful guide for China's lifesaving work and lifeguards training in the new century.
