This paper discusses the application of multimedia technology to class teaching. As a modern teaching method, multimedia technology should be understood correctly. Teachers must have and master some basic computer knowledge and multimedia technology so that they can design their teaching process scientifically and properly. They should fully exploit their advantages and at the same time avoid their shortcomings. Special attention should be paid not only to the communications between teachers and students but also to specific problems in courseware making so that a better teaching result can be achieved.
