摘要
为了解烟酰水杨酸对大鼠胃溃疡模型、血糖及血尿酸的影响 ,比较观察了烟酰水杨酸和烟酸对大鼠胃溃疡模型、血糖及血尿酸的影响。结果表明 :烟酰水杨酸无促进大鼠溃疡形成的作用 ,也不增加胃酸分泌和增高胃蛋白酶的活性 ,同时不影响血糖水平 。
In order to understand the effects of nicotinylsalicylic acid on models of gastric ulcer,blood sugar and blood uricacid in rats,we obstracted and compared the effects of nicotinylsalicylic acid and nicotinic acid on models of gastric ulcer,blood sugar and blood uricacid in rats.The results showed that nicotinylsalicylic acid didn't promote action of formation of ulcer and secretion of gastric acid and activity of pepsin.Meanwhile,nicotinylsalicylic acid didn't affect the blood sugar,and may reduce the uricacid.
