β-(4-羟基苯基)乳酸的合成

Synthesis of β-(4-hydroxyphenyl)Lactic Acid

以对羟基苯甲醛为原料 ,经缩合、开环、水解、还原 4步反应制得 β ( 4 羟基苯基 )乳酸。在合成路线中采用了Clemmensen还原法 ,将α 酮酸成功地还原为α 羟基酸 ,此反应为该合成路线的关键步骤。经本文实验表明 ,该合成路线具有原料易得、操作简便、反应条件温和、无需特殊装置设备、成本较低等优点 ,合成总收率为 3 7.4 %。

In this paper β-(4-hydroxyphenyl)Lactic Acid was synthesized from 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde by condensation,ring-opening,hydrolysis and reduction.In this experiment α-keto acid was successively converted to α-hydroxyacid by the application of Clemmensen reduction which was the key step.This synthetic route has the advantages of abundant materials,simple process,mild reaction, without special equipments,much lower costs,etc.The overall yield was 37.4%.
