摘要
采用从本地发病猪采集的伪狂犬病病毒组织对家兔进行了人工感染 ,每天观察感染家兔临床表现。 2 0h后每隔一段时间处死 1只兔子 ,取其扁桃体、淋巴结、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、脑等组织制成石蜡切片。用免疫酶组织化学染色法检测病毒在组织中分布情况。结果表明 :病毒首先在扁桃体内出现 ,淋巴结次之 ;4 0h后病毒分布于全身各组织脏器中 ,尤其在淋巴结、心脏、肾脏。
Six rabbits of experimental group were infected artificially with the pseudorabies virus isolated from the local swine and one was injected with 0.9% NaCl as control group.Their temperature were taken every day and their clinical signs were watched.20 hours later the rabbits were killed by every 12 hours.Paraffin sections of tonsil,lymphoid node,liver,kidney,spleen,brain were made.The distribution of virus in tissues was detected by the method of immuneohistochemistry.The results showed that virus was found firstly in tonsil followed by lymphoid node.More then 40 hours later virus can be found numerously in all tissues,especially in lymphoid node,liver,kidney and heart.
