疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

Application on Hernia Repair with Tensionless Filling Ring for Groin Hernia

目的 评价疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法 回顾性总结我院2 0 0 0 -0 1～2 0 0 4 - 0 1收治的117例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果 全部采用美国Bard公司生产的Plug -Mesh定型产品行疝修补术,均治愈。术后并发阴囊积液6例,经对症处理后均痊愈;尿潴留2例,处理后缓解;伤口区顽固性疼痛1例,局部封闭后好转;对移植物不耐受,伤口肿胀,渗液不愈1例,术后4 0d取出补片即愈。随诊6～2 4个月,无复发。结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是一种完全符合生理解剖的疝修补术。具有操作简便,创伤小,恢复快,复发率低,适应证宽等优点。

Objective To assess the clinical effect of tensionless filling ring for groin hernia. Methods The materials of 117 cases who were treated with this method in our hospital from January 2000 to January 2004 was analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases healed in this group with Plug-mesh product . There were 2 cases of urine retention, 2 cases of fluid and 1 case incision pain. 1 case rejected the ring and it was move out 40 d after operation. All cases were followed up 6～24 months without relapse. Conclusion This method could reach the effect of less relapse, less trauma and complication with rapid recover.
