局部微波辐射治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Study on Effect of Microwave Irradiation in Patient with Acute Pancreatitis

目的 将微波辐射治疗引入急性胰腺炎的临床治疗中并观察其疗效。方法 采用非手术综合治疗的急性胰腺炎患者共75例,对其中34例病例采用了微波局部照射。结果 发现微波照射组病例腹痛、腹胀缓解迅速、压痛、反跳痛也很快减轻(与对照组相比P <0 0 1) ,平均住院时间缩短(P <0 0 5 ) ,并且大大减少了治疗费用(P <0 0 5 )。结论 提示了微波照射对急性胰腺炎的临床康复具有促进作用。

Objective To introduce microwave irradiation therapy for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis and evaluate its therapeutic effect. Methods 75 cases of acute pancreatitis who were treated with conservation intergrated therapeutics. Among them, 34 cases were irradiated with microwave. Results It was found that abdominal pain and fullness relieved, tenderness and rebound tenderness diminished sooner in microwave irradiated group than that in control group(P<0.05). The cost decreased dramatically. Conclusion Inferring that microwave irradiation may promote the rehabilitation of acute pancreatitis.
