帮备佐治慢性支气管炎急性加重期的疗效观察

Curative Observation on Acute Severe Stage of COPD Treated with Bangbei

目的 探讨口服片剂帮备对慢性支气管炎急性加重期的治疗效果。方法 5 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各2 5例,治疗组接受口服片剂帮备治疗。结果 治疗组在改善咳嗽、咳痰、气喘等方面有效率达92 % ,平均住院天数比对照组明显减少(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 帮备是一种疗效好,依从性好的支气管扩张剂,能有效控制病情,缩短病程。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of COPD at acute severe stage treated with Bangbei. Methods 50 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly as therapy group and control group (25 cases per each). The Bangbei tablet was given in therapy group. Results The cough, sputum and breathing were improved to 92% effective rate with less average hospitalization time than control group. Conclusion This drug might be good effective bronchi dilator and could control and shorten duration.
