精神科护士工作冲突的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 确认精神科护士在工作中发生冲突的水平和类型,采取及时有效地措施,提高护士工作效率和对工作的满意度。方法 随机抽取2 0 0 0 - 0 7~2 0 0 2 - 10间在聊城市第四人民医院精神科临床工作的护士112名,进行问卷调查研究。结果 精神科临床护士工作中的冲突处于高水平状态,最常遇到的冲突类型为角色冲突。结论 护理管理者,应不断评估精神科护士工作冲突的水平及类型,并及时采取应对措施,预防冲突的升级。
