摘要
我国农村现有的传统养老模式(家庭养老和土地养老)受到了挑战,农村社会养老保障制度严重缺位。面对传统养老功能弱化的现状,建立农民社会养老保障制度的条件已经成熟。针对不同农民群体建立社会养老保障制度应有多种资金来源作保障。
At present, rural old age security is mainly supported by families and land, which has been in trouble.At the same time, most farmers in rural China can not gain any benefits from the social old age security. Facing up to the present situation, the article presents that China has the ability to set up the social old age security for the different types of farmers.
