摘要
十六大报告提出了全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,而实现这一目标,关键是增加农民收入。本文分析了农民收入增长缓慢的原因,并从建立农民参政渠道、调整农业结构、加速全国农产品市场信息系统的建设等方面提出了增加农民收入对策。
The report of the 16 th conference produced to construct a grand goal of Xiao Kang society . The key to realize the goal is to increase peasants’ income . The article discusses why peasants’ income increases slowly and discusses the ways to increase peasants’ income that constructs a channel to enter politics for peasants, adjusts agricultural construction and improves the whole country’s market information system construction of agricultural products and so on.
