National Culture Security in the Internationalization of Higher Education and Cross-cultural Communication

高等教育国际化是21世纪高等教育发展的必然趋势。跨文化交际是高等教育国际化过程中不同国家、民族、宗教之间进行文化联系的最基本的形式。由于不同国家、民族、宗教之间的文化差异性,特别是“文化殖民主义”操纵文化、教育话语权的不平等国际格局下,在高等教育国际化过程中,存在着国家的文化安全问题。对国民特别是青年大学生进行国家文化安全教育刻不容缓。

Internationalization is the trend for the development of higher education in the 21century. The basic means of education internationalization is realized in the process of cross-cultural communication in which different countries, nations and religions contact and communicate. Due to cultural differences, especially to cultural imperialism which manipulates unequal cultural and educational discourse in today's world, there exists a cultural security problem in the process of education internationalization. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out a cultural security education to our national people, especially the university students.
