摘要
独立学院的数量分布特征呈不均衡状态,其生存特征体现出了“规模-效益-质量”之路。独立学院的发展方向将最有可能向以下三种方向发展:一是独立学院应该走彻头彻尾的民办道路;二是按照现存方式继续运作,但要加强政府的调控、管理作用;三是将独立学院发展成为我国的社区学院。
Independent faculties nowadays distribute unevenly in numbers, with a way of number- benefit-quality for its survival. There are three possible developments for independent faculties: they become truly self-sufficient; they stay as what they are, but with more government control; and they development into community colleges.
