财政分配模式视野中的高校师生关系简论

On the Relationship Between Teachers and Students in Higher Education in Finance Distribution

从教育财政分配模式视角考察高校师生关系,分析了三种不同教育财政分配模式影响下的师生关系表现形态。分析概括了我国现今教育财政的分配模式及相应的师生关系表现形态。并就我国目前在教育财政分配模式影响下的高校师生关系的治理提出“规制——活力”相互渗透、同时借鉴学院控制模式下师生关系优点的建议。

In this paper,the author discusses the relationship between teachers and students in higher education from the perspective of finance distribution. In general, there are three modes of education finance distribution, and accordingly there are three representation forms in the relationship between teachers and students in higher education. The author analyses the modes of education finance distribution and the corresponding relationship between teachers and students in higher education in China, and puts forward the suggestion that we must make regulation and vitality interact reciprocally, and we must absorb the merits of the relationship between teachers and students under the college self-control mode of education finance distribution.
