房室双腔起搏与心室单腔起搏对血脑钠素水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨房室双腔起搏(DDD)与心室单腔起搏(VVI)对Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者血浆脑钠素水平的影响。方法20名Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者随机接受人工永久双腔(n=13)或单腔(n=7)心脏起搏器置入术,术前和术后10个月分别取静脉血,通过放射免疫法测量血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平。结果术后10个月时,接受心室单腔起搏的患者血BNP水平显著高于接受房室双腔起搏的患者(81.85±17.21pg/mlvs54.15±18.16pg/ml,P<0.05)。结论DDD起搏后患者血BNP水平较VVI起搏的低。本试验结果进一步支持双腔起搏可较心室单腔起搏获得更好的血流动力学。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in the patients with high-grade AV block after dual and single chamber pacing. Methods 20 patients were venesected at baseline and at their 10 month follow up visit, all were in their randomized mode (7 VVI(R), 13 DDD(R)), brain natriuretic peptide were measured using radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma levels of BNP (pg / ml) at 10 months were 81.85±17.21 and 54.15±18.16 respectively for VVI(R) and DDD(R) group (P<0.05=. Conclusions Dual chamber pacing is associated lower levels BNP than single chamber ventricular pacing in patients with high-grade AV block. This support the hypothesis that dual chamber pacing confers haemodynamic advantage.
