摘要
以苯甲醇、苯酚为起始原料 ,利用相转移催化法经 4步反应合成盐酸二苯美仑化合物 ,反应总收率 6 1% .反应过程中采用了优化的工艺技术 ,通过提高催化剂活性 Al2 O3的用量 ,结果使中间体 2 -苄基苯酚收率超过文献值 8% .整个合成具有原料价廉易得、反应条件温和等特点 .
From benzyl alcohol and phenol , bifemelane hydrochloride was synthesized by four steps using phase transfer catalytic method in an overall yield of 61%. In the course of the process,an optimum synthetic method was designed,the yield of intermediate 2-benzylphenol was increased by 8% through increasing the amount of the activated alumina.The whole reaction conditions were mild and the raw materials used were easily available.
