摘要
通过溶胶凝胶法制备了甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷醋酸乙烯酯/二氧化硅杂化聚合物材料;用紫外光谱(UV),傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对聚合物进行了结构表征;溶胶抽提结果表明杂化材料体系中凝胶的含量很高;SEM观察了杂化材料的形貌;示差扫描量热法(DSC)、热重法(TG)测试分析了材料的热稳定性。
Poly(methacryloxypropyltrimeth yloxysilane -vinyl acetate)/SiO 2 hybrid material was prepared by the sol-gel processing method. UV and FT-IR spectrums were used to analyse the chemical st ructure. The result of solvent extraction shows that the gel content in the hybr id material is much higher.The morphological appearance of hybrid material is ob served.Thermal stability of hybrid material was analyzed by DSC and TG.
