摘要
研究了聚硫橡胶(PSR)/环氧树脂(E51)/棕刚玉(BC)三元共混体系的网络互穿和对金属高精度磨蚀机理。实验表明,弹性磨具对金属的磨光粗糙度值可达到0 8μm。
It was shown in the experiment that the polishing coarseness of elastic abrasive tools to metal can reach 0.8 um via the research on the network interpenetrating of ternary alloying system o f polysulfide rubber, epoxy resin and brown corundum as well as its high accurac y wearing mechanism to metal.
