中药灌肠在慢性肾衰竭中的治疗作用

Study on offect of enema with traditional medicine for chronic renal failure

目的观察中药灌肠法在治疗慢性肾衰竭中的作用。方法将78例入选者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组应用常规治疗方案,试验组常规治疗方案加中药灌肠,比较两组治疗前后的肾功能变化。结果中药灌肠可降低血肌酐和尿素氮,且两组治疗前后的差异之间有显著性差异。结论中药灌肠在减慢肾功能衰竭进展方面起一定的作用。

Objective To observe the efficiency of enema with traditional medicine in chronic renal failure. Methods 78 cases with chronic renal failure were divided into two groups randomly,the study group and the control group.To compare two groups the difference of the changes of BUN,Scr,Hb,between pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results Enema with traditional medicine could decrease the concentration of BUN,Scr,and there was a significant difference.Conclusion Enema with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treatment of chronic renal failure.
