摘要
在液相中合成了邻苯二甲酸铽发光配合物。通过元素分析、滴定分析、红外光谱(FTIR)分析,确定其化学组成为Tb2L3·6H2O。热分析(TG DTA)结果表明配合物在317℃以下稳定性较好。X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)结果表明配合物为块状晶体物质,晶粒大小为1~2μm。荧光光谱分析(PL)结果表明配合物在紫外光的激发下发出铽的特征荧光。将制得的发光配合物与粘胶纤维作用,在一定的条件下,采用酸浴湿法纺丝,制得稀土发光粘胶纤维。对所得的发光纤维进行荧光光谱测试。实验结果表明,在紫外光270nm的激发下,发射峰位于540nm附近。它归属于5D4→7F5跃迁,是Tb3+的特征绿色发光,与配合物的光谱极为相似。漫反射光谱实验结果表明:与粘胶纤维相比,加入发光配合物后的粘胶纤维对紫外光有明显的吸收。
The luminescent chelate of Tb-phthalyl was synthesized in the wet phase. The element analysis, the titration analysis and FTIR results show that the chelate is Tb_2L_3·6H_2O. Thermal analysis indicates that the chelate has better stability under the temperature of 317 ℃. XRD pattern indicates that the chelate is crystal, and SEM photograph show that the chelate is block shape and the grain size is 1~2 μm. PL spectra show that the chelate emittes the character fluorescence of Tb(III) under ultraviolet light. In addition, the spectra of rare earth luminescent fibre were measured, the results show that the spectra of fibre are coincide with that of chelate. The luminescent viscose fibre was prepared with the method of acid bath wet spinning by reacting of the obtained luminescent chelate and viscose fibre. The luminescence properties of luminescent fibre were measured, the results show that the emission peaks are near 540 nm in the excitation wavelength of 270 nm, which corresponds to the transition peak of (~5D_4→~7F_5) of Tb^(3+). This is the characteristic green luminescence of Tb^(3+) and is similar to that of chelate. The scattered reflection spectra show that the viscose fibre added luminescent chelate has more obvious adsorption of ultraviolet light than that of bare viscose fibre.
