网络信息过滤一直是个有争议的问题,但信息污染的严重性,迫使各国分别出台控制有害信息的法律法规,我国也在相关的法律法规中明确规定对非法与有害信息的控制,但由于缺乏有力的监管,网络上有害信息众多,文章就此提出了从信源、信道、信宿构建监督执行网络信息过滤的体系。

Internet information filtering is a disputed problem,but severe information pollution force many countries enact law to control polluted information,same to our country.Lacking of powerful supervise,there are still a lot of bad information,the paper suggests to build the law supervise system of internet information filtering based on information resource,information channel and information user.
