摘要
分析了图书馆人性化服务的涵义,指出人性化服务是图书馆现代化建设的重要标志之一,并从服务理念、服务设施、借阅环境、服务方式、站点建设等几个方面对图书馆人性化服务提出了具体的要求。
This paper analyses the notion of humanistic service in libraries, points out that humanistic service is one of the most important symbols in the course of the modernization of libraries, and brings out some concrete demands for humanistic service of libraries from service purpose, service devices, reading environment, service methods and library web construction, ect.
