摘要
利用MAFIA程序对8mm大功率输出窗进行了研究,分析了几种不同介电常数材料的特性。计算结果表明,利顿窗是解决功率与带宽这一矛盾的可行方案,而氮化硼瓷是这一结构唯一可以选用的材料。
A computer aided design of a high power Ka-band millimeter wave window was carried out with MAFIA program. Several dielectric materials with different dielectric constants used in the construction were investigated. The results show that the Litton window is a quite satisfied solution for both power and bandwidth, and in order to obtain a reasonable wide bandwidth only boron nitride can be used as a dielectric material in the design.
