摘要
叙述一种低温制造透明电极的技术,它克服高温喷SnO2产生变形的缺点,从而满足了彩色PDP显示器的要求。另一方面,也叙述了汇流电极的制造方法。同时,也指出光刻技术和印刷技术在彩色PDP显示器中的重要应用。
A technology to produce transparent electrodes under low temperature is introduced in this paper. It can eliminate the deformation produced by spraying tin dioxide under high temperature, and meet the needs of color PDP display. On the other hand, the fabrication methods of the bus electrode are also described. At same time, it has been pointed out that the photoetching technology and printing technology have important application in color PDP display.
