摘要
首次提出了用四杆机构代替传统机床的导轨, 利用四杆机构的连杆曲线实现机床的无导轨曲线进给, 用于各种异型曲面的加工。介绍了四杆机构的参数设计、三维设计和动态仿真, 给出了仿真结果。
A four-bar linkage was firstly presented to take the place of the guides of traditional machine tool.The curve feed system without guides of machine tool can be achieved with the coupler-curve,which can be used in processing of various curved surface.The parameter design,three-dimensional design and dynamic simulation of four-bar linkage were introduced.At last,the simulated result of curve feed system was given nout.
