摘要
对35钢调质后补焊工艺进行了试验研究, 并就几种不同焊接工艺施焊后磁粉探伤时出现的聚粉现象进行了研究, 最后制定出一份合理的35调质钢补焊工艺。
The welding process of 35 steel was studied,which is quenched and tempered.Through some experiment,the reason that the magnetism powder masses on the surface of welding line when inspecting it with magnetism test was discussed,and the welding process instructor was drawn based on the study.
