不同S/B比例的SBS改性沥青的分散形态及性能 被引量:9

摘要 以两种组成比例不同的SBS (791、792 )为例,研究了S/B质量比对改性沥青分散形态与性能的影响。结果表明:S/B不同的SBS由于与沥青的相容性不同,对改性沥青的分散形态与性能有所不同。同等质量分数下,S/B高的SBS改性沥青的针入度较小。小用量范围内S/B低的改性沥青软化点高;用量超过5 %后,S/B高的改性沥青软化点则较高。S/B低的改性沥青的5℃延度较好,弹性恢复率也较优。当SBS含量为5 %时,S/B低的改性沥青的稳定性更好。 The influence of varied S/B ratio of SBS on the morphology and proper ties of modified asphalt was studied. The r esults showed that the compatibility o f SBS with asphalt was different because of the varied S/B ratio of SBS, which m ade the morphology and properties of SBS mo dified asphalt different at same cont ent of SBS. The penetration of the modified asphalt with high S/B ratio was lowe r than that of the asphalt with low S/B rati o at the same concentration. The sof tening point of the modified asphalt with l ow S/B ratio was higher at small cont ent. When the content of SBS was more than 5 %, modified asphalt with high S/B ra tio had higher softening point. Modified as phalt with low S/B ratio had better d uctility as well as elastic recovery. The m odified asphalt with low S/B ratio had better stability at 5 % SBS content.
