苜蓿对白粉病的抗性与叶绿素含量的关系

The relation between the contents of Chlorophyll in Alfalfa varieties and the resistance to Powder Mildew of Alfalfa

在人工接种白粉菌Erysiphe polygoni 条件下,测定了8种不同抗病性的苜蓿Medicago sativa 品种叶片中的叶绿素含量,结果表明,不同抗病性的苜蓿品种间叶绿素含量差异不显著,接种白粉病菌后品种间的叶绿素含量有显著变化,感病品种叶绿素含量下降的幅度明显大于抗病品种,接菌后第27 天,感病品种叶绿素含量平均下降38 26%,抗病品种的叶绿素含量下降13 6%。其叶绿素含量随发病程度的增加而显著降低。

The contents of chlorophyll in leaves of 8 different alfalfa varieties in inoculation were tested. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll were not different between healthy plants; while there were significant difference between infected alfalfa plants. Compared with resistant alfalfa varieties, the contents of chlorophyll in sensitive ones were reduced rapidly. 27days after being inoculated with powder mildew, the contents of chlorophyll in sensitive alfalfa varieties reduced 38.26%; while in resistant ones reduced 13.6%. As the infection on alfalfa got more severe , the contents of chlorophyll declined significantly.
