免疫球蛋白的免疫调节作用及在器官移植中的应用

摘要 静脉注射的免疫球蛋白(IVIG)是从超过1000例健康人群的混合血浆中提取而成(一般为15 000例).它的半衰期与正常人体血清中IgG相似,主要包括完整的IgG分子及其他正常血清中的IgG亚群分子,同时还包括微量的IgA、IgM、IgG的F(ab')2片段以及可溶性的CD4、CD8及HLA分子.临床上已将其广泛应用于自身免疫性疾病及全身感染性疾病的治疗.近年来,IVIG被越来越多的应用于组织和器官移植,以防治移植后的感染及移植物抗宿主病(GVHD).本文就IVIG的免疫调节作用及在移植上的应用作一综述.
