缺氧缺血新生鼠脑组织Ng-R含量变化

摘要 目的 观察Ng -R在缺氧缺血新生鼠脑组织中含量变化,探讨Ng -R抑制神经再生的作用。方法 将7日龄新生SD大鼠(n =64 )随机分为8组:4个不同时段的缺氧缺血后脑损伤组(HIBD后6h ,2 4h ,72h ,7d组)和4个相对时段的假手术对照组,采用Ng -R(N -2 0 )多克隆抗体免疫组织化学SP法观察Ng- R的表达变化。结果 Ng -R在HIBD后6h组新生鼠脑组织中含量明显升高,2 4h组持续升高达到峰值,72h组开始降低,但与假手术组仍有统计学差异,7d组继续降低,与假手术组无统计学差异。结论 Ng -R在实验性缺氧缺血脑损伤后含量升高,可能抑制了中枢神经系统的再生。 Objective To observe the variety of Ng-R in the hypoxic-ischemic new-born rat brain and discuss its meaning of restraining the nerve regenesis.Methods Randomly divided the SD rat(n=64)of 7 days into 8 sets:4 different time hypoxic-ischemic brain damage sets(HIBD 6h,24h,72h,7d set)and 4 corresponding false surgical operation sets,using Ng-R polyclonal antibody immunohistochemistry SP methods to observe the Ng-R expression.Results The content of Ng-R in the hypoxic-ischemic new-born rat brain raises obviously in HIBD 6h and gose up continuously to the peak value in HIBD 24h then starts to fall in the 72h but still having statistical difference with the false surgical operation set,the 7d set continuously falls and having no statistical difference with the false surgical operation set.Conclusion The content of Ng-R goes up after hypoxic-ischemic brain damage,it may repress the rebirth of the central nervous system.
