摘要
随着社会的发展,就业市场首先要发生变化,继而影响到教育领域.按照就业变迁的逻辑顺序,分析就业数量、就业结构、就业方式的变化,可以提出教育培训的应对措施,如根据社会发展变化调整教育培训内容,多方面培养个体的综合素质与能力,注重个体性格与品质塑造等.
With the development of society, the employment and education training have to be changed. According to the order of the change,the author analyses the change of the number, structure and way of employment,and then puts forward some methods to promote the development of education and training.
