摘要
学习机制是高职教育产学研结合持续发展的根本.构建产学研结合的学习机制,就要使产学研结合的组织成员,在共同目标下产生共同的意愿,从而产生自我超越、不断创新的自发动力,形成一种自组织的结合.
Learning system is the essential part of the sustainable development about the combination of production, learning and research. In order to construct the learning system we should make organization members who join in the combination of production, learning and research produce the common will under the common goal, thus produce the spontaneous motive force that oneself surmounts, innovate constantly, form a kind of combination organizing by oneself.
