以郑州铁路职院电气工程及自动化专业产学合作教育的研究与实践为例,从专业培养方案分析入手,依靠铁路行业背景,分析校企产学合作教育的条件与环境,指出实施"N+1"产学合作教育模式所取得的"融入式"产学合作经验.

Taking the corperation education of industry and school in specialty of electrical engineering and automatization in Zhengzhou Vocational and Technical College of Railway as example, beginning with analysing the specialty training plan, depending on the background of industry, the author analyses the condition and environment of corperation education of school and enterprise, points out the experiences in corperation of industry and school gained from implementing 'N+1' corperation education pattern.
