熟练与不熟练技能人才人格特征比较研究

A Comparative Research on Personality Characteristic between Skillful Master and unskillful Master

采用卡特尔编制的16PF问卷作为测量工具,对熟练和不熟练技能型人才进行调查分析,结果表明:两类人才在聪慧性人格特征、创造能力应用预测因子上存在差异;两类人才在次级人格因素上不存在差异;熟练技能型人才适应新环境能力的人数远大于不熟练技能型人才.

Skillful masters and unskillful masters were researched by 16PF. The results indicate there are significant differences between skillful masters and unskillful masters in intelligence and creativity and there is no difference between them in the level of personality.The number of skillful masters' who can adapt to new encironment is more than that of unskillful masters.
