摘要
针对现行的平刃剪剪切圆钢端头出现严重的压扁、弯头和毛刺等缺陷,对弧形组剪刃进行了工业试验,并分析了弧形剪刃改善剪切圆钢端头质量的原因.
Due to the problems resulting from the flat blades, which is used to shear theends of round steel, the industrial experiments have been carried out using the curved-tronghes blade. The reasons why the curved-tronghes blade can improve the shearing quality ofthe ends of round steel are also explained in this paper.
