Syntheses and Characterizations of Tacrine and Its Derivatives

摘要 以廉价的靛红为起始原料,经靛红-3-肟和邻氨基苯甲腈两个中间体合成了他克林,并对其进行衍生化合成。所有新化合物的结构均经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。 Tacrine was prepared from the condensation of cyclohexanone with 2-cyanoaniline which was made from the industrial isatin. Some of tacrine derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
