对二甲氨基苯甲酸的合成

Synthesis of p-(Dimethylamino)-benzoic Acid

摘要 以对二甲氨基苯甲醛为原料,Ag2O为催化剂,空气为氧化剂,合成了紫外吸收剂对二甲氨基苯甲酸,其结构经UV,IR和MS确认。用正交实验设计确定了最佳工艺条件:对二氨基苯甲醛3g(20mmol),Ag2O0.3g(对二甲氨基苯甲醛质量的10%),KOH4.5g(浓度3%),在60℃反应24h,收率75.8%。 p-(Dimethylamino)-benzoic acid was synthesized from p-(dimethylamino)-benzaldehyde using Ag 2O as a catalyst and air as a oxidant. The structure was confirmed by UV, IR and MS. The optimal operation conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment: p-(dimethylamino)-benzaldehyde 3 g(20 mmol), Ag 2O was 10%[mass of p-(dimethylamino)-benzaldehyde] , KOH was 4.5 g(concentration 3%), the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction time was 24 h, the yield was 75.8%.
