On Wang Changling's Women Poems

王昌龄的妇女诗主要描写了三种女性:宫女、贵族妇女、民间女子。宫女诗多表现望君幸临和羡艳受宠的情绪;贵族妇女诗概括了女子的现实命运;民间女子诗多表现自由、欢快的感受。场景描写、民歌艺术是王昌龄塑造妇女形象的主要手段。王昌龄大致以宫女诗寄寓个人情怀,以贵族妇女诗传达诗人对现实生活的理解,以民间女子诗表现诗人的理想境界。

Wang Changling mainly wrote about three kinds of women: maids in the imperial palace; aristocratic women and ordinary women. Wang expressed his own emotions in the poems about the first. He conveyed his understanding of life in those poems about the second. He found his ideal state of mind in the poems about the third kind of women.
