The inactivation of Escherichia coli with dielectric barrier discharge in water-air mixture.

摘要 采用双向窄脉冲介质阻挡气液两相放电技术,对大肠杆菌灭活效果进行了试验.研究了曝气量、初始含菌量、处理时间、电场强度及电导率与大肠杆菌灭活率的关系.结果表明,菌体灭活率随初始含菌量、电场强度、处理时间的增加而增大,但随电导率的增加而减小.较佳的曝气量为0.75m3/h. The inactivation of Escherichia coli with bipolar pulsed dielectric barrier discharge in water-air mixture was studied experimentally. The relation of aeration amount initial content of bacterium, treatment time, electric intensity and conductivity to the inactivation rate of Escherichia coli was studied. Utilizing this system inactivation of Escherichia coli, the inactivation rate of Escherichia coli increased with increasing of the initial content of the bacterium, the electric intensity and the treatment time, but decreased with increasing of electric conductivity. The better aeration amount was 0.75m3/h.
