胆囊切除术后再手术28例分析

Clinical Analysis of Reoperations after Cholecystectomy 28 Cases

目的总结胆囊切除术后常见并发症及再手术治疗。方法综合分析28例胆囊切除术后再手术的原因及处理方法,其主要原因有腹腔出血(8/28),意外胆囊癌(4/28),胆管损伤(8/28),残余胆囊管结石(3/28)及胆总管结石(5/28)。均采取不同的手术方法进行治疗。结果28例再手术患者均获得满意疗效。结论采取合理的再手术治疗方法是处理胆囊切除术后常见并发症的关键。

Objective To investigate common complications after cholecystectomy and their reoperative treatment. Methods The reasons and methods of reoperations of 28 patients who had previously under gone cholecystectomy were analysised.The main reasons were abdomerregia(8/28),incidental cholecystoma(4/28), choledochus injury(3/28) remaining cholelithiasis(8/28),and general cholelithiasis(5/28),methods of reoperation differed according to reason of the complication.Results Satisfying result were acquired in all 28 cases.Conclusion To choose the reasonable replerative method is the crucial step in treating complications after cholecystectomy.
