摘要
根据对SIGMA公司1992年产品目录中琼胶和琼胶糖的技术数据进行比较分析的结果认为,可以利用灰分或硫酸根含量这一主要数据作为指标,把它们划分为三个不同的质量等级,即琼胶(灰分3~6%)、纯化琼胶(灰分≤2.0%)和琼胶糖(硫酸根≤0.20%~≤0.35%)
According to the comparative analysis on the technical data of the products of agar and agarose listed on the 1992 catalog of SIGMA Chemical Company of USA,it can be concluded that the main datum, the ash content or the sulfate content,can serve as an index to classify these products into three different classes in quality: agar (ash 3 6%),purified agar or bacteriological agar (ash≤2. 0%),andagarose (sulfate≤0. 20%~≤0.35%).
