摘要
本实验对松寿丹(SSD)对实验性小鼠心脑缺氧的保护作用及与血脂的关系进行了研究。实验结果证明:①SSD对NaNO_2中毒所致急性血液性缺氧有保护作用,1.6g/kgP<0.05;②能显著降低高脂饲养动物血清胆固醇含量,0.8g/kg和0.4g/kg两组均P<0.01;③对高脂饲养动物耐NaNO_2缺氧有保护作用,0.8g/kg组P<0.05。提示松寿丹不仅对单纯血液性缺氧有保护作用,而且还通过其显著的降血脂作用改善循环性缺氧,提高机体耐缺氧能力。
In our experiment,the protective effects of SONGSHOUDAN (SSD) on the hypoxia of the Heart and Brain in mice were wbserved, and we studied the relationship be tween hypoxia and the level of lipid in the serum. We demonstrated that (1) SSD had the protective effects on the acute hypoxia induced with NaNO2 ip (Group 1.6g/kg, P<0.05);(2)the content of cholesterol in the serum of mice fed with high lipid could be lowered (Both groups 0.8g/kg and group 0.4g/kg, P<0.01); (3)the resistance to hypoxia of mice fed with high lipid could improved (Group 0.8g/kg, P<0.05). All the results imply that SSD not only has the protective effects on the acute hypoxia,but also significantly improve the circulated hypoxia by lowering the level o f 1 i p i d in the serum.
