摘要
应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定32例风湿性疾病患者膝关节滑膜液的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD),以OD0.1为界,反应性关节炎(ReA)5例均低于0.1;类风湿关节炎(RA)11例中4例低于0.1,均为急性炎症;骨性关节炎(OA)16例,均高于0.1,以ReA及RA为一组,与OA组之间作统计学(X^2)处理,明显低于OA组,差异非常显著。表明了活性氧是急性风湿性疾病关节内的炎性介质之一。
We used Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay (ELISA) to measure Cu Zn superoxide dismutases (Cu Zn-SOD)of knee synovial fluid in 32 patients with rheumatic diseases. OD0.1 was regarded as border value, lower than that in 5cases of reactive arthritis (ReA) and in 4 of 11 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), higher than that in 16 cases of osteoarthritis(OA), CuZn-SOD contents were lower in ReA+RA group than in OA group with obviously statistical difference.It is suggested that oxy radical is one of the inflammatory mediators in the jointsof patients with acute rheumatic diseases.
