Kinetic Models For Exopolysacharides of Morchella Esculenta by Fermentation

对羊肚菌胞外多糖发酵动力学进行了研究.基于Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,得到了描述 羊肚菌发酵过程菌体生长、胞外多糖生成和底物消耗的动力学数学模型和模型参数.同时对试验数据与模型进 行了验证比较,模型计算值与试验结果拟合良好,平均相对误差小于10％.

The fermentation kinetics of exopolysaccharide of Morchella esculenta was studied. The kinetic models for mycelia growth, expolysaccharide production and substrate consumption were proposed basing on Logistic equation and Luedeking-piret equation. The calculated results of models were compared satisfactorily with the experimental data, and the relative deviations were no more than 10%.
