本文探讨了网络化信息服务的前提,阐述了网络化信息服务必须以网站建设、数据库建设为基础,开展各种形式的网络服务。
The paper discusses the prerequisite of network information service and sets forth the point that network information must use website construction and database as the basis to develop network services of all kinds.
