Present Situation and Development of Numerical Simulation Technology for Micro Injection Molding

摘要 作为MEMS技术辅助工艺的微成型技术已经成为一种成熟的生产工艺,并以其众多的优点引起了全世界范围的关注。笔者总结了微注塑成型数值模拟技术研究的国内外现状,并指出现有研究理论的不足及微成型数值模拟技术今后的发展趋势。 As a secondary process of MEMS, micromolding is presently on its way to become mature manufacturing process. And it attracts the attention for its multitudinous strongpoint around the world. In this paper, the existing research of the numerical simulation technology is summarized. The shortcoming of the present theory and its development trend in future are pointed out.
