手性偶氮光敏性分子钳的设计合成

Design and Synthesis of Photoresponsive Chiral Azo-Molecular Tweezers

以偶氮基为隔离基,氨基酸酯为手臂设计合成了一类新型的光敏性分子钳,其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS及元素分析所确证,并且考察了其对D/L-氨基酸甲酯的识别性能.初步研究表明:在310nm紫外光照射后,顺式异构体对D/L-氨基酸甲酯具有良好的手性识别能力.

A novel type of photoresponsive azo-molecular clefts has been designed and synthesized by using azo-group as spacer and methyl ester of amino acids as arm. Their structures were characterized by H-1 NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Their recognition properties for methyl esters of amino acids were investigated. The preliminary results indicate that the cis-form showed good enantio-selectivity for D/L-amino acid methyl esters on irradiation at 3 10 nm.
