环保型毛染整技术的发展

Development of the enviromental protection technique for wool dyeing and functional treatment

毛纺制品的染整过程中,在增加功能的同时,化学合成物质的大量应用,带来了巨大的环境污染和水资源浪费问题。文章针对以上问题,分别介绍了天然染料、生物酶、壳聚糖、植物提取液、超临界CO2、纳米材料等离子体、负离子等环保型材料和技术在毛纺产品染色及整理加工中的应用情况。

This articals researches enormons enviromental pollutions and water resource depleting by some chemical materials increasing some functional in the process of dyeing and treatment of wool products.In the present work, the above problems are analyzed and the corresponding improvements are put forward.The feasibility for them to be applied in the industry of wool products is reviewed.
