Application of the chitin fiber in cashmere products

分析了甲壳素纤维的抗菌机理以及特点,通过实验,研究了甲壳素纤维与山羊绒纤维混纺时染色性的差异及解决办法,介绍了甲壳素羊绒纱的试纺过程、工艺注意事项。以抗菌羊绒衬衣面料为例,介绍了织造工艺以及后整理工艺,分析了生产中的技术要点。

In this paper,the antibacterial mechanism and property of the chitin fiber are analyzed. Through tests,the difference of the dyeing property and solving methods are researched when the chitin fiber and cashmere are blended,the production process and technique emphasis of chitin fiber/cashmere yarns are also described.Taking the antibiotic cashmere fabric for shirts as an example, this paper introduces the weaving and finishing processes and at the same time the key requirements are also analyzed.
